Quality & Certificates

To ensure the quality of its products, Prima food has put forward a quality control system throughout the production process, which goes from harvest through the delivery of the finished products.
Our quality management is based on:

1. International Organization for Standardization (ISO 22000 family of International Standards addresses food safety management) – ISO is management system that sets out the requirements for a food safety. It maps organization needs, in relates to food safety hazards, in order to ensure food production is safe.

2. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) – HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. 

3. BRC – BRC is a Global Standard for Food Safety, developed by food industry experts from retailers, manufacturers and food service organizations. The standards are based on: Senior Management commitments and continual improvement, Food safety plan (HACCP), Food safety and quality management system, Site standards, Product control, Process control, Personal.

4. Noun-GMO – Means non-genetically modified organisms. The GMOs (genetically modified organisms), are novel organisms created in a laboratory using genetic modification/engineering techniques. Scientists, consumer and environmental groups have cited many health and environmental risks with foods containing GMOs. Prima Food operates quality control management, to ensure that the product processed and delivered, is Non-GMO Verified.

5. Allergen-Free Certificate – Prima Food operates quality control management, to ensure that the product processed and delivered, is allergen -free Verified and certified.

6. Kosher Certificate – Prima Food operates, with the highest kosher authority’s supervision worldwide. Among this supervision: Badaz Ha-Eda- Charedit of Jerusalem, Mehadrin Rabbi Robin, OU and other leading ones.
