MicroDried fruits and vegetables: These dried products are produced by dehydration technology uses low impact vacuum radiant energy to help preserve the flavor, colors and vital vitamins and minerals in each product.
Every product is Non-GMO, gluten and allergen free and has a clean, single ingredient label with no added colors, sugars or preservatives. The MicroDried offers healthier ingredients that are rich in fiber and polyphenolic values yet low in fat, calories and sodium.
MicroDried fruits and vegetables are used in a variety of categories – including cereals, baked goods, dairy, bars/snacks, beverages, pet foods and teas.
MicroDried are available at right-sized ingredients including coarse or fine ground powders, granules, fragments, whole pieces, slices, diced and wedges.
The MicroDried fruits and vegetables can be customized for texture, water activity, moisture level and flowability for different applications.
