Clear liquid, with a fresh sour taste and flavor. Producing the natural vinegar is based on using Ethanol of agricultural origin being fermented by acetic acid bacteria’s into natural vinegar. The natural vinegar is diluted with water to reach specific strength of acidity.

Natural vinegar is excellent for the production of products such as: Dressings, Canned products, Tomato products, Mayonnaise and many more.

Our vinegars are certified by the highest kosher authorities, among these is the kosher of the Orthodox Council of Jerusalem (OJC) , also known as Badaz ha-Edah ha-Charedit

Our range: 22% acidity, 10% acidity, 5% acidity.

Our packing: Iso tanks, New IBC’s, 1L PET bottles and 1.5L PET bottles.
